Lets talk about your platform fee

It's based on your organisation's size, payment volume and number of users. We price it to fit, not the other way around. Small charities get significantly reduced fees, and we're always happy to work something out.

Pricing, plain and simple

Why isn't the platform fee listed on this page

Because a flat fee rarely fits everyone fairly. A large CRO running hundreds of payments a month and a small charity reimbursing a dozen volunteers need very different things. The platform fee depends on your organisation's size, payment volume and number of users, all of which affect the level of support and infrastructure we provide on our side. We size it to your situation, so it's proportionate from day one.

Does vHelp Teams cost more?

Yes, but only on the platform fee. Teams includes multi-user access, approval workflows and role-based permissions. We factor it into your overall platform fee based on what your organisation actually needs. The easiest way to understand what fits is to see it in action. Book a demo and we'll walk you through it, then put together a platform fee that reflects your setup

We're a small charity. Can we afford vHelp?

Yes. We have special arrangements for small charities, including a reduced platform fee and lower transaction rates. We know how hard small charities work and how much every pound matters. Get in touch and we'll share our small charities pricing with you.

What is the percentage fee?

The percentage fee is applied to the value of the payment being processed and it depends on how you fund your vHelp account and is agreed when we set up your account.

Here is an example of vHelp fees for a £20 travel expense for a charity:

  • At 1.5%: £1.20 + £0.30 = £1.50 total vHelp fee per payment

  • At 2.5%: £1.20 + £0.50 = £1.70 total vHelp fee per payment

The payment reaches your volunteer in full. vHelp's fee is invoiced to your organisation at the end of the month.

We process high volumes. Is there a volume discount?

Yes, please get in touch with us on

hello@vhelp.co.uk

and we'll provide you with more information.

How does vHelp compare to prepaid cards?

Prepaid cards charge your participants, not just you. ATM fees, inactivity fees, replacement charges all erode the money your trial participants are owed. vHelp ensures 100% of the money you send reaches the recipient's bank account.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. vHelp is designed to get you up and running fast. Most organisations are set up and making payments within a day, which is why there are no setup or onboarding fees to speak of. No minimum contract length either.

Can I see how vHelp works before committing?

Yes. We can give you access to a test environment where you can explore the platform with test data. No commitment, no risk. Ask us for test access when you book a demo.

Not sure what vHelp will cost you?

Tell us about your organisation size, transaction volume. We'll give you a clear honest quote, no pressure, no sales script.
